• Housing of dairy animals including loose housing and other management practices
• Feed and fodder management, cultivation of Improved fodder,
• Management of ecto-endo parasite, diseases and other physiological disorder
• Different machinery for preparation of milk products
• Clean milk production, marketing etc.
• Preparation of curd, Shrikhand, Chaana,Ice cream, paneer
• Rasgoola milk shakes and other products
• Preparation of project, finance, schemes and programmes of funding agencies

Dairy is the major agrobased enterprise which gives assured Income in rural area. With poor knowledge and skill about dairy, many farmer and youth are doing this enterprise Due to less marketing value of milk dairy enterprise is declining and there is huge scope and demand for mlk products. Milk is often regarded as being nature’s most complete food. It earns this reputation by providing many of the nutrients which are essential for the growth of the human body. Being an excellent source of protein and having an abundance of vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium. The realization of its nutritional attributes and continues demand, we can prepare various milk products. The Lassi, ice cream and paneer is very popular dairy product especially in the summer. It is sold directly to the consumer and consumed readily. Similarly demand for milk and milk product is increasing. However, there is need to start this enterprise with proper technical knowledge
Outcome:
Trainees after undergoing training will be able to start their own dairy unit along with marketing of milk and dairy products.
