Introduction
Nutrition is very important for good health. However, due to improper processing, we are not consuming many important millets, pulses and other food material. There is need to improve the nutritive value of our available grain and foods which are regularly taking in our daily diet. Now there is health consciousness among the people to where we can do marketing and increase the sale. Ready to use products of various grains and food products can be marketed if demand is created. Necessary focus will be given in this training.
Outcome –
After undergoing the training, the trainees will be able to understand the valuable food processing techniques. They can start small processing units with the locally available food material.
